Horrible experience

The tips are to exist signed in earlier your result tickets go Onsale. However, upon getting on my app, I had to "verify" it was me before I could proceed to the queue even though I was signed in. I had tried to look up to meet if the tickets I was attempting to buy were part of the VIP parcel, so when I was done reading the extra info, I clicked the "X" on the pop up and it COMPLETELY took me out of the whole trying to find tickets area when I was taking part in a presale and had already waited behind 1000 people. I had to restart. Had to FOR SOME reason "authenticate" myself 5 more times because it wouldn't permit me into queue until I did that as it was trying to say I was already autonomously of the sale to get tickets, nevertheless I couldn't get to the tickets! Of class by the time I go dorsum in- I had to wait behind another 500 people and prices were jacked upwardly when I had already previously selected tickets at a reasonable price! I'grand and so mad I could throw my phone! This has happened to me previously before also where I get kicked out and take to so sign in once again for trying to exit out of a "more info" area on what I'k trying to purchase. What is the purpose of telling people to already be signed in when it wants to "authenticate" yous ALSO?!!!

App is Bad Website is Fifty-fifty Worse

So, I log onto Ticketmaster to buy 2 tickets to an upcoming concert. Observe the evidence no problem get the tickets I want no trouble. When it comes to placing the social club it says, you must log on to use limited checkout payment method. Oops on me, forgot to log on. So I log back on and 'Identify Society' and information technology tells me the aforementioned matter. Okay. Let me close the browser and delete all cookies because the website is dumb. Did all of that and endeavor again. Sign into my account and go to 'Place Order' still the aforementioned mistake.
Okay maybe I'm an idiot. Let's try from the telephone. Get go onto the app, where I'm signed into my account, encounter the show I desire to buy tickets for. What do you know?? Clicked the testify I want and it just gives me a blank white screen for xv minutes.
Alright then know I have to endeavour to speak to customer service. I click through everything and when I get to the Contact Us page there's numerous means to attempt to contact them, email, letter, live chat, numbers for already purchased tickets, and a Call Us department. Do you lot remember they left their customer service number nether the Call Is section??? Nope they did non. So onto of all the extra money I have to spend per ticket, their website and app does not role properly. If yous can stay away from ever using this monopoly to purchase tickets.

In the end I created a fake email and so I could log on and purchase my 2 tickets. I guess if yous want everything to work merely keep making fake emails.

Literally the WORST visitor

I purchased tickets to the No Shame 5SOS tour that was supposed to be last month, merely the tour got cancelled dorsum in July. I got the email about the cancellation and they said I would automatically have a refund processed for my tickets because there was to be no effect. Here information technology is 4 months afterwards from July and a whole month after the event, with absolutely no advice from TM, no way to CONTACT TM, and surprise surprise no money back however either. I am struggling and then much correct now because I can't work due to COVID and I could seriously use the money and to my knowledge there was no reschedule of the issue. I accept been trying to contact TM on their site but every time I click anything like "contact us" I become redirected to the same BS manufactures answering questions that don't help one fleck. I am only so frustrated at the lack of communication and the utter condone for their customers during this time right now. I would empathize if at that place was a high volume of customers requesting refunds, I become information technology I work in customer service myself, but to not fifty-fifty provide whatsoever sort of updates! My account just has the issue under "past events" with CANCELLED over it, but other than that admittedly no relevant information. I am out close to $500 and have nil to even evidence for it at this point. Accept some humility! I wouldn't recommend Ticketmaster even if my life depended on it at this point.
